My Top Three Favourite Memories/Accomplishments

Today my topic is all about my top three picks of my favourite memories or accomplishments that occurred in my life. My first and foremost favourite memory was the basketball championship games. My second favourite memory was visiting the Philippines during my summer vacation. My third favourite memory was being part of the badminton team and where I had the chance to play in the tournament with my friends. I would never forget all these memories and accomplishments that I have earned.

My first and foremost favourite memory was the basketball championship games. It was very intense and the toughest game that I had played in. It was also nerve racking since most of the SMS students and teachers were there to cheer the team, and it was also my first time playing in a game like that. Throughout the season, I had a lot of fun during the games and practices that my team had. We were undefeated and successful despite with our hard work and efforts. Overall, we were the finalists for the junior high (grade 7 and 8) basketball team for girls.

My second favourite memory was visiting the Philippines during my summer vacation. When I went to visit the Philippines, which was a year ago, I couldn’t forget all the fun that I had. Flying in a plane for more than 8 hours wasn’t very comfortable because there were a lot of air turbulences. I got the chance to play with my cousins, who I dearly miss so much. And I also got the chance to meet my old school friends and some relatives that I haven’t exactly met before. When I was in the Philippines, my family and relatives went on a lot of road trips just for fun and for some good old time adventures.

My third favourite memory was being part of the badminton team and where I had the chance to play in the tournament with my friends. Badminton didn’t last very long since it was a short season. We still had practices, which were the best and fun times there is when you’re part of the team. We had our tournament during the last week of April, which was held at Linden Christian for Grade 8 doubles. Overall, we didn’t reach the finals, but it was okay because we had a good team spirit.
